Our Services

  • Individual therapy is for those seeking support in navigating life’s challenges, exploring identity, and healing from trauma. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will examine how your personal history, family system, cultural background, social roles, and environment shape your present experiences. Our work will focus on deepening your self-understanding, strengthening your relationship with yourself and exploring your connections with others.

  • Relationships are profound spaces for both challenge and healing. They offer opportunities to confront deep-seated wounds while also serving as sources of comfort, joy, and growth. When difficulties arise, they provide a chance to strengthen connections—not only with others but also with ourselves. Every relationship faces challenges at times, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I am here to support you in fostering healthier dynamics and greater understanding.

Clients come to relationship therapy for many reasons, including improving communication, navigating cross-cultural value differences, support through transitions, intimacy and sexual concerns, or simply seeking to deepen their connection.

  • Group therapy provides a supportive space to explore personal growth, identity, and healing in community with others. I offer groups focused on various themes, including identity exploration, navigating systemic oppression, and trauma recovery. These sessions provide an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences while gaining insight, support, and skills for healing and resilience.

  • I offer both one-time consultation and ongoing supervision services for therapists who want to deepen their work in liberation-focused therapy, integrate anti-oppressive frameworks, and/ or navigate complex clinical cases. These consultations are designed to support therapists in developing their skills while also exploring their own positionality, biases, and relational dynamics with clients.

I welcome clinicians at all stages of their practice who are committed to continued learning and social justice in therapy. I am especially committed to working with QTBIPOC clinicians who have not had access to culturally responsive or affirming supervision, this supervision space is one in which your identities and lived experiences are centered and valued.

To increase accessibility, I offer consultation at your hourly rate—meaning if your session fee is $100, my consultation/supervision fee will match that rate. This structure is designed to make support and guidance more financially sustainable for therapists who are invested in this work.
